Our Clinical Director
Katie Jenness is deeply committed to depth-oriented talk therapy, having seen first-hand the deeply transformative impact of psychodynamic treatment. She trained at the University of Chicago in a department focusing on the social scientific study of subjectivity across cultures, and then completed analytic training at the New York University Postdoctoral Program in Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis, where she now serves on faculty.
Katie adores teaching and supervising in the depth-oriented tradition and has overseen cases in Pace University’s Thomas J McShane Center in Psychological Services, The Jewish Theological Seminary Counseling Center, and the Manhattan Institute for Psychoanalysis.
She is particularly proud to serve a practice that never compromises the quality of care or training in pursuit of profit.
